Privacy

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Last updated September 16, 2026

1. The short version

  • We never sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • We never store full card numbers, Apple Pay tokens, or Google Pay tokens.
  • Guest submits work without an account. An account is optional, and only needed if you want a public profile.
  • Public rooms, queues, and listed Drops are visible on purpose. That is the product.
  • To ask us to delete an account or a drop, contact support.

2. What we collect

Account. Email, display name, hashed password or a sign-in from Google or X, and a profile photo if you upload one.

Creator page. Room URL, bio, social handles you choose to show, prices, payout email, and whether ads are on.

Submissions. Track title, artist, optional source link or uploaded audio, the name you type, an optional note to the creator, and whether the spot was free or paid. Notes stay with the creator's board. They are not shown on public Drops.

Social graph. Likes and follows if you are signed in.

Support. Name, email, topic, and message when you write to us.

Technical. Session cookies so you stay signed in, and basic request logs needed to keep the site up and to stop abuse.

3. What we never collect

We never store full payment-card numbers, CVVs, bank account numbers, Apple Pay or Google Pay tokens, or government IDs. Payments go through Stripe and PayPal. Those companies have their own privacy policies. We only keep a method label, amount, and a receipt we can verify. Not the card itself.

4. How we use it

  • to run queues, profiles, Drops, likes, and follows;
  • to split paid spots (5% platform, 95% creator);
  • to pay creators and to cash out the platform fee;
  • to answer support, including rare refund exceptions;
  • to stop spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • to keep you signed in.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles for other companies.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only when we have to:

  • Processors. Stripe, PayPal, and our hosting and database providers, solely to charge, pay out, and keep the site online.
  • Public pages. A live queue shows titles, artist or creator names, place in line, and (if you have a profile) a link to that profile. Public Drops show the item and a player or link, not your private note or raw paste.
  • Mods. If a host invites a moderator, that person can preview that host's queues to screen them. They are not Queue Drops staff.
  • Legal. If the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

We do not sell mailing lists. We do not share data for other people's ads.

6. How long it stays

Free public submits drop off the public catalog after 30 days, or sooner if you unlist or private them. Paid public Drops stay until you take them down or make them private. Account, ledger, and payout records stay as long as needed to run the product and keep honest books. You can ask us to delete a profile or a drop through Support.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie so signed-in people stay signed in. We do not run a cross-site advertising cookie. Third-party players (YouTube, Spotify, and similar) may set their own cookies when you press play. That is their policy, not ours.

8. Children

Queue Drops is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Paid spots and payouts are for adults.

9. Your choices

  • Submit as a guest. No account required.
  • Unlist or private a drop from Studio.
  • Hide Queue Drops Select ads on your room.
  • Ask us to close an account or delete a drop via Support.

10. Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests go through Support. These practices may change. The date at the top of this page will update when they do.
