Terms
Queue Drops is a live board for song and clip rooms. Read this before you open a room, submit a track, or pay for a spot.

1. Agreement
By using Queue Drops you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. That includes browsing, submitting a track, paying for a spot, opening a room, or creating an account. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Queue Drops hosts live song queues. We are not a record label, publisher, radio station, or talent agency. We do not book artists, clear samples, or guarantee streams, plays, or earnings.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 to create an account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a paid spot or to receive payouts as a creator. If you open a room, you are responsible for what happens in it, including who you let submit and what you play on stream.
3. The product
Creators open a live queue. Fans send a track for free, or pay for a higher place (Boost, Rush, or Spotlight). Creators decide what to play, skip, or reject. A paid spot is a better place in line. It is not a promise that the track will be featured, commercially released, or played at all.
Rooms, queues, and public profiles are public while they are live or listed. Guest submits do not need an account. An account is required if you want a public profile people can follow and find from a track. Creators can save a live queue and pick it back up later. Paid and free spots stay in line until the session is ended.
4. Fees
Opening a room is free. There is no monthly subscription. On each successful paid spot we automatically take a 5% platform fee. The creator keeps 95% of the listed price. Card networks and PayPal may charge their own processing fees on top of that split. Those are set by the processor, not by us.
The price you see at checkout is the amount the fan pays. We do not add a hidden markup. The 5% is how we keep the product online. See Pricing.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid Boosts, Rushes, and Spotlights are final. We do not offer refunds because a session ended, a creator skipped your track, you changed your mind, or you did not like how it sounded. Very few exceptions exist, and only after you contact support. Details are in the Refund Policy.
We never store full card numbers, Apple Pay tokens, or Google Pay tokens. Charges run through Stripe and PayPal when those accounts are connected.
6. Your content
You keep the rights you already have in tracks, names, notes, photos, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant Queue Drops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service (queues, Drops, profiles, and related pages).
You represent that:
- you have the right to submit and play the material;
- it does not infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights;
- it is not illegal, hateful, or intended to harm minors;
- links and uploads are what they claim to be (a track, not malware or a scam).
Hosts may invite moderators by email. Those people can preview that host's queues and mark items safe or held. They are not Queue Drops staff. The host stays responsible for what actually plays.
Creators are responsible for copyright claims on anything they play. Queue Drops does not clear rights for you. To report infringement, use Support with the URL, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized agent.
7. No responsibility for rooms or outcomes
Queue Drops is not a party to what happens in a room. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee any creator, fan, track, stream, chat, payout timing, or copyright clearance. We are not liable for:
- tracks that are skipped, rejected, or never played;
- sessions that end, drop, or change title mid-queue;
- lost streams, lost earnings, or lost opportunity;
- disputes between fans and creators;
- third-party sites you link to (Spotify, YouTube, and the rest);
- user content, including copyright claims on that content.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queue Drops and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the service, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the platform fees you paid to Queue Drops in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some places do not allow these limits. In those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and hold harmless Queue Drops and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your room, your stream, your payments, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for other people's marketing. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may hide a drop, end a session, suspend a room, or close an account that breaks these Terms, appears fraudulent, or puts other people at risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Some sections (fees already taken, the license to content already displayed, limitation of liability) survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes to the platform fee will be stated on Pricing.
13. Contact
For refunds, privacy requests, copyright notices, or anything else, use Support. Informal resolution through that form is the first step for any dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through Support, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
